Trustee vacancies at Women and Children First (UK)
The Women and Children First Board of Trustees wants to extend its range of expertise and ensure representation from our beneficiary counties in Africa and Asia. We are looking for experts in charity finance and technical experts in maternal, newborn and child health in the developing world – preferably with a midwifery background.
Trustees are expected to attend four board meetings and one Away Day per annum and to join one of our three sub-committees (Finance, Fundraising and Communications, Programmes). New trustees will bring commitment to both the organisation and Nolan’s seven principles of public life: selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership.
